Pet Requirements:
- All pets must be licensed, vaccinated, spayed, or neutered and have proper identification that is required by city ordinances. Please be prepared to show pictures and references. We do require to have documentation proving these items.
- Most of our rental properties have restrictions on the size of the pet and the number of pets. Each listing will have the pet policy listed.
- We do require a security deposit for each pet. The amount of deposit will vary depending on each property.
- Breeds are negotiable and handled on a case-by-case basis. A pet with a disposition for aggressive behavior is prohibited.

PET/ANIMALS FAQ:
I wanted to add a pet in the middle of my lease, what should I be expecting?
ANIMALS. Unless otherwise provided under federal, state, or local law, no animals (including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, and insects) are allowed, even temporarily, anywhere in the apartment or apartment Community unless we’ve so authorized in writing.
You must remove an illegal or unauthorized animal within 24 hours of notice from us.
If we allow an animal as a pet, you must execute a separate animal addendum which may require additional screenings, deposits, rents, fees or other charges.
An animal deposit is considered a general security deposit.
You must not feed stray or wild animals.
Maintenance Work/ PET
If you have pets, assistance or service animals, they must be secured during maintenance work. If they are not secured and pose any type of danger to Maintenance, in our sole opinion, Maintenance shall be entitled to leave the unit prior to the completion of the work and it shall be your sole responsibility to schedule a return by Maintenance for the completion of the work after the animal has been secured.
