If a homeowner requests Next Brick to manage any communication with the insurance representative, a fee of $65 per hour will be applicable(charged at 15 mins increments of time dedicated) for overseeing such correspondence with insurance handler. Please note that Next Brick does not handle insurance claims, nor will Next Brick be responsible for advocating for the claim amount.
Events and the time spent are recorded within the property meld system. The homeowner will receive a detailed breakdown of the associated billable items on weekly basis.
