For any property visitings, please use this link and choose the Property Visit Request Form and fill in all necessary information.
The request will come to us as a ticket with all the important information and our team can work on it quickly to get an approval from our residents.
You will be receiving an email confirmation from Next Brick Team once it is confirmed from tenants.
*Please note:
Except in the case of emergency or if it is impracticable to do so, landlords must give forty-eight hours(48hrs) within business hours (8 am – 6 pm) to use written notice to enter your unit, or twenty-four hours’ notice if they are showing the unit to a new prospective tenant or purchaser (RCW 59.18.150) which states that tenants must be given notice of Owner / Agent’s entry to make repairs or inspect the premises.
Additionally, Tenants may refuse a landlord entry if they have not given proper legal notice to enter. (RCW 59.18.150) also requires that tenants must make the unit available for entry when necessary for inspection or repairs.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
