If you happen to make a payment for utilities, for reimbursement please follow below steps:
We can accept:
1. Please submit the bill in PDF file either through download from Utility Provider website or you may scan the copy by using a traditional scanner or simply download the free PDF converter. Please scan all the pages.

2. Send it to owners@nextbrick.co with a brief message about the payments.
3. We will verify it and post it as a charge to the tenant's account and you will get the reimbursement along with your net rental income.
Please Note:
For accurate billing purposes, we can not accept below:
- a picture of the bill or payment
- a screenshot of a paid bank transaction
- any link to a screenshot
